Meet Dam Chhoi Lama: Bringing Meditation, Sound Healing, and Mindfulness to Archer’s Community Hub

One of the most rewarding parts of building Archer’s Community Hub has been watching people from different backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life come together under one roof. Artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, educators, community leaders, and everyday people looking for connection have all found a place here.
As our vision continues to grow, we’ve always known that creativity is only one piece of the puzzle. Community also requires spaces where people can slow down, reflect, heal, learn, and reconnect with themselves. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Dam Chhoi Lama and his ongoing meditation, sound healing, and mindfulness offerings at Archer’s Community Hub.

For decades, Dam Chhoi Lama

has dedicated himself to studying, practicing, and sharing traditional Himalayan healing arts, meditation practices, Vajrayana teachings, mandala art, mindfulness, and spiritual wellness. His work has touched the lives of many people seeking greater balance, understanding, and personal growth.

What makes Dam's approach unique is his ability

to make these teachings accessible to everyone. You don’t need to have experience with meditation. You don’t need to understand Buddhist philosophy. You don’t need to consider yourself spiritual. You simply need a willingness to show up and explore.
In a world that often feels fast-paced, overwhelming, and constantly demanding our attention, creating opportunities for stillness has become more important than ever. Dam’s sessions offer exactly that—a chance to pause, take a breath, and spend time reconnecting with yourself in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Participants can expect a variety of experiences depending on the session. Gatherings may include guided meditation, mindfulness practices, singing bowl meditation, sound healing, Vajrayana teachings, energy work, personal reflection, and open discussion. Every session unfolds naturally, allowing the teachings and experience to respond to the needs of those in attendance.
One of the things we appreciate most about Dam’s work is the sense of openness he brings to every gathering. There are no expectations, no pressure, and no requirement to follow any particular belief system. People attend for many different reasons. Some are looking for tools to manage stress and anxiety. Others are interested in mindfulness and meditation. Some are seeking spiritual growth, while others are simply looking for a sense of community and connection.

Whatever brings people through the door, they are welcomed exactly as they are.

At Archer’s Community Hub, we’ve always envisioned a space where creativity, culture, education, wellness, and community can coexist. While our walls are filled with artwork, music, workshops, performances, and creative projects, we also recognize the importance of creating opportunities that support mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Programs like those offered by Dam Chhoi Lama help us move closer to that vision.
His sessions add another dimension to what Archer’s Community Hub can be—a place where people don’t just create, but also learn, grow, reflect, and connect.
Beginning this summer, Dam Chhoi Lama will be offering Sunday morning meditation and healing sessions at Archer’s Community Hub at 11:00 AM. These gatherings are open to anyone interested in exploring meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, Vajrayana teachings, or simply taking time for themselves in a supportive environment.

Whether you're attending your first session or returning to continue your journey, everyone is welcome.

For those interested in a more personalized experience, Dam is also available for private healing sessions, one-on-one teachings, small group gatherings, workshops, wellness programs, and special events. If you would like to organize a session for your family, friends, workplace, organization, or community group on a different day or time, we encourage you to reach out to us.
As Archer’s Community Hub continues to evolve, we remain committed to creating opportunities that bring people together in meaningful ways. From art exhibitions and music production to community gatherings, workshops, comedy nights, and wellness programming, our goal is to build a space where everyone can find something that inspires them.

We are grateful to have Dam Chhoi Lama as part of that journey.

His teachings, experience, and generosity continue to create meaningful experiences for those who attend, and we look forward to seeing this program grow within our community.

If you've been curious about meditation, sound healing, mindfulness, or simply finding a moment of peace in a busy world, we invite you to join us for an upcoming session.

You may arrive as a stranger, but chances are you’ll leave feeling a little more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the community around you.

Everyone is welcome.
